The company was founded in November 1982, from the merger of 2 firms, LASA ELETTRONICA and TECHNICA S.d.f . The company philosophy always has been and still is to reinvest immediately every small profit. This is to reach a linear and sane growth. Since its start, the company fallowed the object to increase the electronical market in the province of Bolzano opening a sales point for the public and taking over the firm WEISSMAN in 1983. For 2 years of activity and experience , it was chooser to extend and enlarge the market to the rest of Italy, introducing a range of products in exclusive distribution. Therefor it comes to the selection of foreign firms, not jet known in Italy, which were distinguished for their products. Starting with the first contacts, we acquire the first exclusive sales for Italy. All the investments were imposed to nange at the maximum levels in our representations, looking for the best relation beetween Quality, Price and Service (QPS) for our clients. Since 1988 we began to work in the principal regions of Italy, with the help of sales agencies. With the transfer in the actual headquarter, the internal organisational system improved with an increasing of personal and betterment of managment and still less the tasks. The actual object is to improve the penetration in the national market also with items diversified from each other and addressed to differtent markets. In 96 was in prevision to amplify the sales point in Bolzano, always with the aim to offer a better service and the biggest coiche for the local clients. The 7th January 1997 it was inaugurated.
